well known sports and hockey writer in Canada,who wrote an article
on the discrepancy between the rich and poor NHL teams Scouting
divisions.
I go into length on how scouts in Pro or Junior can capitalize
on the regions they scout in without having to spend a lot of
cash,yet still recruit the best players.
