One Of Baseball's Greatest Managers--Earl Weaver Actually Weeping After His Last Game

Earl Weaver is and was one of MLB's greatest Managers and gurus of game strategy. He came up from the minors being a student of the game like no other.

Right now I'm reading a book about Earl called--The Earl Of Baltimore. From 69' to 82' Earl ruled the roost for the birds and fought for his players with a vengeance. He was also thrown out close to 100 times in career as well.Want to learn how to run not just a ball club, but a company or a business--learn from Earl and the top managers in Major
League baseball or the NHL in my books.

I'll be putting up another Earl Weaver vid soon. You'll love it!
